データ削除のご案内

B-SIDE の Instagram 連携で当社が取得・保存した情報は、次の手順で削除できます。取り扱いの詳細はプライバシーポリシーの4章をご覧ください。

連携を解除する：Instagramの「設定」→「ウェブサイトのアクセス許可」→「アプリとウェブサイト」→「アクティブ」を開き、B-SIDE の横の「削除」を押します。解除した時点で、当社は新しい情報を取得できなくなります。解除だけでも削除の対象になり、当社が解除を確認した日から30日以内に削除します。
削除を請求する：support@b-side.ltd 宛に、件名を「データ削除の請求」とし、店舗名と Instagram のユーザー名を書いてお送りください。ご本人（店舗）からのご請求であることを確認したうえで対応します。Googleビジネスプロフィールへ掲載済みの投稿も削除したい場合は、その旨もお書きください（当社がそのプロフィールの管理権限を持っている間に限り、ご請求から30日以内に削除します）。
当社は、ご請求を受けた日から30日以内に、Instagram 連携のために当社が保存している情報（基本情報・投稿・当社のサービス上で用意された投稿用の内容と投稿結果・アクセストークン）を削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。Googleビジネスプロフィールへ掲載済みの投稿は、店舗自身も管理画面から削除できます。当社のサービスからInstagramへ投稿したものは、店舗自身がInstagramのアプリから削除できます。

Data Deletion Instructions

You can have the data B-SIDE obtained or stored through its Instagram integration deleted as follows. See the English summary of our Privacy Policy for details.

Disconnect: in Instagram, go to Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites > Active, and tap Remove next to B-SIDE. After that we can no longer access new data. Disconnecting alone also triggers deletion: we delete the data within 30 days of the day we confirm the disconnection.
Request deletion: email support@b-side.ltd with the subject "Data deletion request", including your store name and Instagram username. We verify that the request comes from the store before acting. If you also want posts already published to your Google Business Profile deleted, please say so (we can do this only while we still have management access to that profile, within 30 days of your request).
We delete the data we store for the Instagram integration (basic profile, posts, content prepared in our service for publishing and its publishing results, and access token) within 30 days of your request, and confirm by email when it is done. You can also delete published posts yourself in Google Business Profile, and delete posts we published to Instagram for you in the Instagram app.
